Spectrum 5 is the Spectrum sea-division. It is always located somewhere in the sea, as you would expect. Sea Division can be accessed by a scuba sub, located in a cave at Desolate Cove. It is led by Agent Trent-Kobie and Ruby's dive instructor, Agent Kekoa is also a Spectrum 5 agent. In Take Your Last Breath, Spectrum 8 and 5 join forces to work on a case.
