Agent Kekoa is an agent of Spectrum 5. She is Ruby Redfort's diving instructor in the second book. Kekoa goes with Hitch and Ruby to the Sibling Islands to try and retrieve the Fairbank Rubies before Count von Viscount can, but they are too late and Kekoa is injured and goes to the hospital. When Ruby figures out something important and cannot reach any cooperative Spectrum agents and takes matters into her own hands, placing herself in danger, Kekoa alerts Hitch and helps rescue Ruby and Clancy Crew from the Count and the Sea Whisperer.
